Cookie Policy

The cookies we set, the analytics that run only with your consent, and how to change your mind.

Cookie Policy

Effective: 18 October 2026

This policy explains which cookies Sahabti uses on our website, sahabti.com, and in the console, what each one is for, how long it is kept, and how you choose which ones we may set. For everything else we do with personal data, see our Privacy Policy.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser so it can remember something between pages or visits. A cookie the site you visit sets itself is a first-party cookie; one a provider it uses sets is a third-party cookie. This policy also covers similar technologies, such as browser storage, where they are used for the same purposes.

2. Strictly necessary cookies

These make the website and the console work and remember the choices you make. They are always on, because the site cannot do what you asked without them, so they do not need your consent.

The console and admin also keep a few settings in your browser's storage, on your device: the resources you opened recently, for quick search; whether PromptOps asks you before it makes a change; and the queries you ran recently in a database's SQL editor. They stay until you clear your browser's storage, and they are not used to track you.

On the website only, and only if you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics, a service of Google LLC, to count visits in aggregate: which pages are viewed, how visitors arrive, and which kinds of device and browser they use. It shows us which pages help and which need work. Until you accept, the Google Analytics script is not loaded and nothing is sent to Google.

How we set it up:

  • Google shortens your IP address and does not store it in full.
  • Advertising features and ad personalisation are off, and we do not link our analytics to any advertising product.
  • We do not send a user ID, your name, your email address or your account to Google Analytics, so visits are not linked to your Sahabti account.
  • Google Analytics keeps the visit data for 14 months.

Google processes this data for us. Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, and may process the data in the United States. Google's privacy policy explains how it handles data.

4. Visit statistics without cookies

We also count visits to the website on our own servers, to learn which pages are useful. Nothing is placed on or read from your device to do it: no cookie and no browser storage. So it does not depend on your cookie choice, and works the same whether you accept or reject cookies.

When you open a page, our server uses your IP address and browser type only to make a one-way visitor code that changes every day, and notes coarse details: your country, device type, browser, language and the site that linked you. It then discards the address. The daily code is deleted the next day, and only totals are kept, for up to 25 months.

We never use these statistics to identify or profile you, and we do not share them with anyone. We do not count you at all when your browser sends a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal.

5. No advertising cookies

We do not use advertising, retargeting or social media tracking cookies, and we do not sell personal data.

6. The console and admin

The console, where you manage your account and resources, and the admin set no analytics cookies, only the strictly necessary cookies in section 2. Your choice on the website does not change that.

7. Changing or withdrawing your choice

When you first visit the website, a banner lets you accept all cookies, reject all of them except the strictly necessary ones, or customise your choice. Rejecting is as easy as accepting, and the website works the same either way.

You can change your choice or withdraw your consent at any time from Cookie settings in the site footer. If you withdraw consent, we stop analytics and delete the analytics cookies. This does not affect analytics collected before you withdrew. When your choice is 12 months old, we ask again.

You can also block or delete cookies in your browser's settings. If you block strictly necessary cookies, signing in to the console may stop working.

8. Changes

If we change the cookies we use, we update this page and the date at the top of it. If a change needs your consent, we ask for it again.

9. Contact

Questions about cookies, and requests about your data: [email protected]. Your rights are described in the Privacy Policy.
